THE METHOD

The future leaves receipts.

Del Futuro is a commit-then-reveal vault for predictions. Three steps — that's all there is.

01

Seal

You write a prediction and pick a reveal date. We compute a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact text and publish it — along with the timestamp and your handle — to the public archive. The prediction itself stays hidden.

02

Record

From that moment, the receipt is on file. The fingerprint is public; the text is unreachable through our API until the reveal date passes. Nothing can be edited.

03

Reveal

On the reveal date, the capsule unseals automatically. The text becomes public, next to its original fingerprint and timestamp. Anyone can click Verify to re-hash the revealed text and confirm it matches the receipt that was filed all along.

A NOTE ON LANGUAGE

We don't say "on-chain" and we don't say "immutable." We say timestamped and verifiable. The receipt is the proof: a fingerprint published before the answer was known, and a text that hashes to it after the fact.
